East Tennessee State University Athletics reports that ETSU allowed 19 total points in October wins over Chattanooga, The Citadel and VMI. That defensive run matters against Tennessee Tech quarterback Jax Leatherwood, who entered with 2,099 passing yards, 21 touchdown passes and four interceptions while leading Southern Conference quarterbacks in passing yards, touchdown passes and passing efficiency.
