The unbeaten Chiefs have outscored the winless Chargers by 86 points through four games, but Kansas City’s -425 moneyline is too expensive without final injury updates.
Kansas City has the clear statistical edge
Kansas City enters Sunday’s Week 6 matchup at Arrowhead Stadium at 4-0, while Los Angeles is 0-5. Fubo News, a sports streaming and news outlet, reports that the Chiefs average 29.5 points and 412.0 yards per game. The Chargers average 16.8 points and 292.8 yards.
The quarterback numbers also favor Kansas City. Patrick Mahomes has nine touchdown passes and two interceptions, while Justin Herbert has five touchdown passes and seven interceptions. Those differences make the Chiefs the likely winner, but their -425 moneyline requires bettors to risk too much for a small return.
