Titans vs. Colts Prediction: Indianapolis Favored, but the Best Bet Is a Pass
Analysis updated October 18, 2026 at 7:15 AM CDT
The Colts have home field and the better record, but questions about both teams' personnel make the SPF prices difficult to back.
Colts have the clearest edge
Fubo News lists Indianapolis at 2-3 and Tennessee at 0-5 entering Sunday's 1 p.m. ET kickoff at Lucas Oil Stadium. That record gap and home field make the Colts the more likely winner, but neither establishes value at -310 or Colts -6.5.
Injuries leave important questions
CBS Sports reports that Tennessee defensive lineman Jordan Elliott and safety Kevin Winston Jr. are out. Running back Tyjae Spears and cornerback Joshua Williams are questionable, although both practiced fully Friday. Those defensive absences favor Indianapolis, while Spears' uncertain status makes Tennessee's offense harder to assess.
The Colts will be without linebacker Jaylon Carlies and wide receiver Ashton Dulin. Tight ends Tyler Warren and Will Mallory are questionable, with Warren limited by a groin injury Friday. The Indianapolis Colts also reported that Mallory was activated from injured reserve Saturday, but his game status remains uncertain.
Betting view
Indianapolis is the likely winner, but the SPF moneyline asks bettors to lay -310 without confirmed starters or current performance data. The same limitation applies to Colts -6.5, and the injury report alone doesn't support either side of the 44.5 total. Pass.
