Can Arkansas slow Utah's rushing attack?
Utah's running game gives the Utes the edge in this forecast, but covering SPF's 12.5-point spread requires a much stronger conclusion. Yahoo Sports / Roundtable Sports, a sports news and commentary source, reports that Utah rushed for 364 yards in a 66-14 win over Idaho. Arkansas held North Alabama to 40 rushing yards in its 31-14 victory. Those results came against different opponents and don't establish who will control this matchup.
Arkansas also struggled to run, gaining 148 yards on 49 carries. KJ Jackson supplied 267 passing yards and three touchdowns, but he threw an interception and lost a fumble. The Razorbacks allowed three sacks and committed three turnovers overall. Repeating those mistakes would make staying within the spread harder.
