Colin Kaepernick arrived in Atlanta on Thursday days before he is set to work out for a handful of NFL teams nearly three years after he opted out of his contract with the San Francisco 49ers. The Miami Dolphins will send a rep to watch Colin Kaepernick's workout in Atlanta over the weekend, coach Brian Flores told reporters Wednesday.
