The Cincinnati Bengals placed cornerback Dre Kirkpatrick on injured reserve on Friday due to the knee injury he suffered in Week 6. The club had held out hope Kirkpatrick could return this season but the move ends the 30-year-old's season. The enduring image of Mason Rudolph was going to be him knocked cold during a game against the Baltimore Ravens with a scary concussion. Rudolph had his helmet ripped off by Cleveland Browns defensive end Myles Garrett, and then Garrett swung the helmet and hit Rudolph directly in the head.
