Raiders running back Latavius Murray will miss his second consecutive game because of a toe injury, leaving rookies DeAndre Washington and Jalen Richard to split the majority of carries against Kansas City on Sunday. Murray has not practiced since Oakland's Week 4 win in Baltimore and has declined to discuss his injury with reporters. The Oakland Raiders moved one step closer to making a move to Las Vegas a reality on Friday. State lawmakers in Nevada approved $750 million in public funding for a stadium in Las Vegas by a vote of 16-5 in the Senate and 28-13 in the Assembly.
