The Cornhuskers also led in the fourth quarter of another loss. Nebraska, which will be trying for its first 6-0 start since 2001 when it visits Indiana on Saturday, has outscored its five opponents 78-6 over the last 15 minutes of games. Continue to Article

Illinois coach Lovie Smith said Monday that he does not yet know much about quarterback Wes Lunt's injury or whether the senior will be able to play Saturday at Rutgers. Smith said Lunt remains the starter for Illinois (1-4, 0-2 Big Ten), but said backup Chayce Crouch was one of the bright spots in Saturday's overtime 34-31 loss to Purdue. ''Very confident on what we can do with Chayce running the offense,'' Smith said. Continue to Article
