The Indianapolis Colts have decided to make a change at QB this week, starting their third-stringer Jacoby Brissett over Scott Tolzien Sunday against the Arizona Cardinals. Brissett took over the QB duties in the third quarter of Week 1 and finished the game with two completions for 51 yards. Brissett has played in a total of four games in his NFL career.
