Creighton University Athletics reports that the Bluejays opened with a 76-61 win over Kansas City, forcing 22 turnovers and making 15 steals. Le Moyne began with a 106-64 loss at Nebraska. Those results make Creighton the likely winner Thursday at CHI Health Center Omaha.

Wes Enis scored 25 points for Creighton, and BJ Davis added 13 points and four steals. Le Moyne's Trevor Roe scored a career-high 20 points against Nebraska, with Jayden Teat adding 14. The Dolphins need that production while taking much better care of the ball to stay within the spread.
