Houston
The Cardinals only have a few fly ball hitters and will likely pile up ground ball outs. Like all extreme ground ball guys, Houser is susceptible to BABIP-fueled hit parades. Trent Grisham – OF – Milwaukee Brewers (at Adam Wainwright) The Brewers leadoff man has all the skills we could possibly want from a DFS bargain – power, contact, discipline, speed, and frequent fly ball contact. George Springer and Jose Altuve smacked back-to-back home runs in the first inning, and Martin Maldonado went deep in the fifth as the Houston Astros slugged their way to a 6-3 victory over the visiting Detroit Tigers on Tuesday. The Astros recorded their eighth consecutive win over the Tigers despite right-hander Aaron Sanchez departing with the bases loaded and one out in the third inning. Gurriel drove home Alex Bregman and Yordan Alvarez with his double to straightaway center field and later scored on a fielding error by Tigers left fielder Brandon Dixon to cap the Astros' early four-run outburst. Right-hander Zack Greinke earned his 200th career victory, and the visiting Houston Astros avoided a series sweep with a 4-1 victory over the Oakland Athletics. Alex Bregman went 4-for-4 and belted his 30th home run of the season, a three-run shot in the fifth inning that erased a 1-0 deficit and allowed the Astros, who had lost the first three games of the series, to snap a five-game losing streak. Greinke (13-4) held the A's to one run and four hits in seven innings en route to his third consecutive win since joining the Astros in a trade last month. Continue to Article

Ji-Man Choi hit a two-run single in the bottom of the ninth to give the Tampa Bay Rays a 5-4 victory over the visiting Detroit Tigers on Sunday. Tampa Bay, which trailed 4-1 in the eighth, got the rally going against closer Joe Jimenez (3-7) when Travis d'Arnaud reached on a throwing error. Willy Adames walked and, one out later, Michael Brosseau reached on an infield hit to load the bases. Continue to Article
