Miami Dolphins receiver Kenny Stills says he and team owner Stephen Ross have agreed to disagree. Last week Stills objected to Ross hosting a fundraiser for President Donald Trump, and said there was a contradiction in the Dolphins owner supporting both the president and racial equality. Miami Dolphins running back Kenyan Drake wore a walking boot on his right foot and did not participate in Wednesday's joint practice with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. Drake told ESPN the injury was "nothing crazy." Head coach Brian Flores told the Miami Herald that Drake would be sidelined for a while, but was hopeful about his availability for the season opener. Carolilna Panthers coach Ron Rivera is such a fan of joint practices that he might rank them above preseason games as preparation for the regular season. “I would do a mix of them if I could,” Rivera said after two days of the Panthers hosting the Buffalo Bills at Wofford.
