Los Angeles Angels slugger Albert Pujols was out of the lineup for the second straight day on Thursday, two days after fouling a ball off his foot. The Angels were set to wrap up their series at the Texas Rangers on Thursday evening, with three more games at Houston before the All-Star break begins Monday.
