Christian Vazquez hit a two-run, two-out home run in the bottom of the 10th inning, and the Boston Red Sox came back to defeat the visiting Toronto Blue Jays 7-5 Friday night. The ninth homer of the season by Vazquez came against Jordan Romano (0-1), who had pitched around a walk and struck out three in the ninth before striking out the first two batters in the 10th.
