The Tampa Bay Rays reportedly are considering a drastic measure to keep their franchise afloat. Major League Baseball has given the Rays permission to explore a "two-city solution" in which they would play early-season games in the Tampa Bay area and late-season games in Montreal, ESPN's Jeff Passan reported Thursday. The bold plan calls for both a non-domed stadium in the Tampa Bay area and a new stadium in Montreal to be built, per Passan, who notes the number of games in each city has yet to be determined.
