Gone are the days of subpar hotdogs and nachos at Minneapolis’ Target Center now that chef David Fhima, in partnership with Levy, has re-envisioned the culinary scene inside the venue. Fhima came on just prior to the 2016-17 NBA season and hit the ground running, overhauling both the general area concessions and premium level menus. Fhima emphasizes the quality ingredients being used in the concessions menu items, all of which have a focus on local. Guaranteeing Aldridge just $7 million in 2020-21, when he’ll be 35, is obviously to San Antonio’s advantage relative to fully guaranteeing his extension. Some speculated San Antonio extended Aldridge to facilitate a trade, removing uncertainty stemming from Aldridge’s player option. Continue to Article
