The Colorado Rockies celebrated their past and then continued the push to add another chapter to their playoff record book. Tyler Chatwood pitched into the sixth inning and drove in his first runs of the season, Nolan Arenado homered and the Rockies beat the San Diego Padres 6-1 on Friday night. The Colorado Rockies are celebrating the 10-year anniversary of their National League pennant-winning team this weekend, and amid the festivities the team tweeted out a cool video featuring Todd Helton, Matt Holliday and the late Craig Sager. Those Rockies in 2007 had one of the great finishing runs in recent memory, coining “Rocktober” by finishing the regular season by winning 13 out of 14 just to force a one-game playoff for the Wild Card.
