Neil Walker hit two of the Mets' six home runs, Logan Verrett tossed six scoreless innings and New York beat the Phillies 11-1 Tuesday night. The Giants placed righthander George Kontos on the 15-day disabled list with a strained right flexor before Tuesday night's game against the Arizona Diamondbacks.
