Cleveland Browns defensive end Myles Garrett is expected to receive a hefty fine and a long suspension for an incident during a game against the Pittsburgh Steelers on Thursday night. Ryan Tannehill fired a decisive 23-yard touchdown pass to Adam Humphries with 23 seconds remaining Sunday and the Tennessee Titans stunned the Kansas City Chiefs, 35-32, in Nashville, Tenn. Harrison Butker, who made a field goal as time expired to enable the Chiefs to beat Minnesota last week, had a 52-yard attempt blocked at the buzzer. The Buccaneers made plenty of mistakes, but caught a break late for a rare home win. The Bucs came back for a 30-27 over the Cardinals, in a game with plenty of strange calls and no-calls. Officials gave the penalty after reviewing a play on which Mike Evans was taken down just over the goal line, but the ball was so far over his head not even Mike Evans would have caught it.
