Jordan Lynch is returning to NIU as an assistant coach. Northern Illinois is adding a familiar face to its staff, as former Heisman finalist Jordan Lynch has joined the Huskies as their running backs coach. During the course of Tulsa’s 55-10 romp over Central Michigan in the Miami Beach Bowl, the Golden Hurricane made NCAA history. Central Michigan coach John Bonamego confessed he had some homework to do when it was announced that the Chippewas were playing Tulsa in the Miami Beach Bowl.
