New Jacksonville quarterback Nick Foles isn't expected to face his old team Thursday night when the Jaguars host the Philadelphia Eagles. Jags coach Doug Marrone said Tuesday he likely will hold out many of his starters and doesn't want to put Foles on the field until his first-string line is healthy and ready to play. Foles also took over down the stretch in 2018 when a back injury ended Wentz's season, and he pushed Philadelphia to a playoff win over the Chicago Bears before a loss to the New Orleans Saints. There have been possible "final" home games for a few years now because the Raiders have had one foot out the door since 2015, when they joined with the AFC West rival Chargers in a failed attempt to build a stadium in the Los Angeles suburb of Carson. This time, though, it almost certainly will be farewell for one of the NFL's most recognizable teams and fan bases.
