Injured Pittsburgh Steelers quarterback Ben Roethlisberger is upset with the NFL over a $5,000 fine he received for a uniform violation during Monday night's game against the Cincinnati Bengals, according to ESPN's Adam Schefter. Roethlisberger, who is recovering from surgery on his right (throwing) elbow, was on the sideline in street clothes -- including an Apple Watch, which is barred by the NFL as an electronic messaging device. The Chicago Bears promoted Tyler Bray from the practice squad on Saturday and he will serve as the backup quarterback to Chase Daniel for Sunday's game against the Oakland Raiders in London. Daniel is starting against Oakland after Mitchell Trubisky injured his left shoulder in Week 4 against the Minnesota Vikings.
