Philadelphia Phillies outfielder Bryce Harper is not happy with his former hometown fans. Harper says a group of Washington Nationals fans crossed the line with their heckling during Wednesday's game. Philadelphia Phillies All-Star catcher J.T. Realmuto will undergo surgery on Friday to repair meniscus damage in his right knee, manager Gabe Kapler told reporters on Wednesday. Realmuto last played on Sunday when he felt a "pop" in the knee while running out a double-play grounder. Kapler didn't feel Realmuto's injury would be a long-term issue. Continue to Article

Update (5:27 PM ET): Per The Athletic's Meghan Montemurro, the Phillies have clarified that the decision for Realmuto to undergo surgery hasn't been made final yet. Phillies catcher J.T. Realmuto will undergo season-ending surgery on his right knee on Friday, The Philadelphia Inquirer's Scott Lauber reports.
