Reynaldo Lopez allowed one hit and struck out 11 en route to his first career complete game as the visiting Chicago White Sox breezed to a 7-1 victory over the Cleveland Indians on Thursday afternoon. Welington Castillo belted a two-run homer to highlight his three-hit, three-RBI performance and Adam Engel and Yolmer Sanchez each drove in a pair for the White Sox, who salvaged a split of the four-game series. Before their regularly scheduled matchup in Oakland, the Tigers and Athletics will resume a game that was suspended May 19 at Detroit with the A's leading 5-3 in the bottom of the seventh inning. If the Tigers rally to win, Oakland's streak from that stretch will only be considered a seven-gamer. Sean Murphy rebounded from being called for catcher's interference to homer in his first major league game Wednesday night, and the Oakland Athletics won their second straight game against the visiting Los Angeles Angels, 4-0. Oakland right-hander Tanner Roark continued his impressive form at his new home, tossing 6 2/3 innings of five-hit ball.
