The Philadelphia Phillies activated utility man Sean Rodriguez from the 10-day injured list Wednesday and placed utility man Brad Miller on the IL. Justin Smoak tied the score with a ninth-inning homer and won it with an RBI single in the 10th inning as the Toronto Blue Jays came back to defeat the visiting Cleveland Indians 2-1 Tuesday night. It was the first win by the Blue Jays in six games this season against the Indians. Toronto's Ken Giles (2-2) pitched around a single and a walk in the top of the 10th to earn the win.
