The Detroit Tigers recalled former All-Star closer Trevor Rosenthal from Triple-A Toledo on Monday. The 29-year-old Rosenthal signed a minor league deal with the Tigers last month. Rosenthal was an All-Star in 2015 and saved 93 games over a two-season span (2014-15) with the St. Louis Cardinals before ineffectiveness and Tommy John surgery derailed his career.
