Bruce Willis was in town to throw out the first pitch Wednesday before the Phillies-Brewers game. Kapler played second base for the lefty Willis' batting practice session, which ... let's just say it rivaled Tom Cruise's throwing program in this scene in "War of the Worlds." Harper hasn't just been swinging and missing at strike threes, either — his overall contact rate of 66.3 percent, per FanGraphs, would be a career-worst and is about 8.5 percent above his career average. That being said, Harper's year-to-year declines in contact percentage have dipped by around the same amount. Angels 5, Twins 4: Shohei Ohtani has started off slowly in his first few games back from Tommy John surgery, but here he hit a two-run home run off of José Berríos in the third inning to give the Angels a 3-2 lead.
