The Chicago White Sox revamped their bullpen on Sunday, calling up lefty reliever Caleb Frare and purchasing the contract of right-hander Juan Minaya, both of Triple-A Charlotte. Right-handers Carson Fulmer and Jose Ruiz were optioned to Charlotte following Saturday's 15-2 loss to the Boston Red Sox.
