Bruins, Maple Leafs ready for Game 3 duel The Toronto Maple Leafs and the Boston Bruins took turns at doing what they do best in splitting the first two games of their first-round playoff series. An in-person hearing opens up the option for Kadri to be suspended for 5+ games, not that it would guarantee that would happen. If it were five-or-more, that would mean that Kadri could return no sooner than Round 2, if the Toronto Maple Leafs managed to get by the Boston Bruins. Continue to Article

Bruins give encouraging Jake DeBrusk, Torey Krug injury updates ahead of Game 3 originally appeared on nbcsportsboston.com The Boston Bruins won Game 2 of their first-round Stanley Cup playoff series against the Toronto Maple Leafs at TD Garden, but the 4-1 victory came at a price. The B's had multiple players get banged up and/or leave the game early due to the physicality of the action. Bruins defenseman Torey Krug left in the second period and did not return after taking a hard hit along the boards. Continue to Article
