The Toronto Raptors were left to make adjustments Friday, one day before their playoff opener against the Orlando Magic, with the news that forward OG Anunoby is out indefinitely after undergoing an emergency appendectomy Thursday night. The second-year player, who is a key reserve for the Raptors, scored 7.0 points per game this season with 2.9 rebounds.
