While the emergence of "kids clubs" as a means for professional sports teams to connect with younger fans began more than a decade ago, the Philadelphia 76ers haven't had one — until now. The Sixers have teamed up with discount retailer Five Below to launch the basketball team's first-ever 76ers Kids Club. Desron Dorset, the Sixers' vice president of business development, said the team turned its attention to developing future fans after spending the past five-plus years working to build its tickets sales.
