Texas slugger Joey Gallo crushed a go-ahead three-run homer 433 feet and the Rangers scored a combined five runs in the seventh and eighth innings to take a come-from-behind 8-6 victory over the visiting Chicago Cubs on Saturday night. Texas rallied from an early 6-3 deficit behind a two-run single by Shin-Soo Choo in the seventh inning and then Gallo's bomb in the bottom of the eighth for the two-run lead. Baez became the first Cubs player with a multi-homer game in the season opener since Corey Patterson in 2003.
