The New Jersey Devils snapped out of their slump and put a dent in the Edmonton Oilers' playoff push. Kenny Agostino, Damon Severson and Kevin Rooney each had a goal and an assist as the Devils beat the Oilers 6-3 Wednesday night to snap a season-high seven-game losing streak. The Oilers are coming off Thursday's 3-2 victory over the Vancouver Canucks, who had defeated the Maple Leafs 3-2 in overtime on Wednesday. "The second period we let them back into the game and we got into penalty trouble in the third but found a way to win," said Oilers right winger Zack Kassian, who has scored a goal in four straight games.
