New York Rangers forward Chris Kreider was ejected from Wednesday's game against the Vancouver Canucks when he caught star rookie Elias Pettersson with a spinning elbow to the head. It's hard to believe that Elias Pettersson was born with a bullseye on his head, but the damage he's taken in his first NHL season would make one reconsider. A goal by John Moore with just over a minute to go got Boston within one, but McCann's empty-netter with 21 seconds left made the Bruins regulation losers for the first time since Jan. 19 against the New York Rangers. "I think we can be proud of that, but not satisfied," Moore said. Continue to Article

Goaltender Adam Huska agreed to an entry-level deal with the New York Rangers, the team announced on Saturday. Huska, 21, was a seventh-round selection by the Rangers in the 2015 NHL Entry Draft and has spent the last three seasons playing for the Connecticut Huskies. At Connecticut, Huska went 20-38-8, allowing 2.90 goals per game with a . Continue to Article
