Regina King nearly got run over by a player while sitting courtside at Madison Square Garden on Wednesday night to watch the New York Knicks take on the Philadelphia 76ers. At some point during the third quarter of the game, 7-foot-tall 76ers center Joel Embiid was chasing a loose ball as he charged toward the sidelines, but he couldn't stop himself and crashed straight into the crowd. Because of Embiid's impressive hops, he was able to jump right over King -- but saving King was bad news for a Madison Square Garden statistician, who was sitting directly behind King as Embiid tumbled onto him. Enes Kanter joined the Portland Trail Blazers following a split with the New York Knicks last week. ESPN and NBA TV reported the deal was done Wednesday, with Portland edging the Los Angeles Lakers and other suitors to land the big man.
