After beating "Sid The Kid" and "Alexander The Great," the Florida Panthers face their third straight superstar. The Panthers defeated Pittsburgh 3-2 in overtime on Thursday, holding Sidney Crosby without a point. On Saturday, the Panthers overcame Washington 5-4 in another extra session, limiting Alex Ovechkin -- who leads the league in goals -- to one assist. Continue to Article

St. Louis is 10-4-1 since the start of this calendar year. Continue to Article

The Florida Panthers, who host the Pittsburgh Penguins on Thursday night, are in the midst of an extraordinary stretch of 13 games that includes 12 at home. Florida led 2-0 with 17 minutes left before allowing three goals, all from 5-on-5 play. Captain Aleksander Barkov and rookie Henrik Borgstrom scored power-play goals for the Panthers, who also got 31 saves from backup goalie James Reimer, who had his personal two-game win streak snapped.
