Jonathan Toews misses out on All-Star Game originally appeared on nbcsportschicago.com Despite his resurgent season, Jonathan Toews will not take part in the NHL All-Star Game after Colorado Avalanche captain Gabriel Landeskog beat him out in the Last Men In vote. Landeskog was the winner of the vote in the NHL's Central Division, with Jeff Skinner (Buffalo Sabres), Kris Letang (Pittsburgh Penguins) and Leon Draisaitl (Edmonton Oilers) the other three players to get in. With 18 goals and 22 assists on the season, Toews has played some of the best hockey of his career this year, but the Blackhawks captain will be watching this year's All-Star festivities from home.
