The people and businesses of Columbus, Ohio are officially doing everything that they can to keep Artemi Panarin with the Blue Jackets beyond this season. The 27-year-old Russian superstar becomes an unrestricted free agent at the end of the 2018-19 campaign. With 45 points in 39 games so far this season to lead the Blue Jackets in that category and nearly a point per game in his blossoming NHL career, he's the kind of guy teams want to keep around. BRIGHTON, Mass. -- The Bruins have, for the most part, gotten healthy over the last few weeks. And, not so coincidentally, they're once again winning and climbing up the standings. Sure, Charlie McAvoy is still out (though he may be close to a return) and Joakim Nordstrom will be sidelined for at least a few more weeks. Their latest win came on Saturday in a 4-0 drubbing of the Edmonton Oilers. Continue to Article

To secure a perfect road trip, the Minnesota Wild will have to win in one of the NHL's toughest away venues in Boston on Tuesday. The Bruins are 15-5-0 at TD Garden this season, one of just three teams with 15 home wins in 2018-19. The Bruins' five total defeats (both regulation and overtime losses) at home are also the second-fewest of any team, behind only the league-leading Tampa Bay Lightning's 17-4-0 mark. The Tampa Bay Lightning will be looking to start a new streak when they return home to play host to the Columbus Blue Jackets on Tuesday night. The Lightning was their 16-game point streak snapped Saturday with a 5-2 defeat at San Jose, their first regulation loss in 5 1/2 weeks. Tampa Bay, which has a league-leading 66 points with a 32-8-2 record, had won seven straight games and was 15-0-1 since a Nov. 27 loss at Anaheim. Continue to Article
