Robin Lehner made an emotional return to Buffalo and led the Islanders to a milestone victory for New York coach Barry Trotz. Lehner made 39 saves against his former team as the Islanders beat the Sabres 3-1 on Monday night. With just a few games left before the halfway point of the season, the Philadelphia Flyers and the Florida Panthers get set to meet on Saturday night - and neither team is in playoff position. The preseason feels like it was ages ago, but don’t be surprised if the Florida Panthers haven’t completely forgotten about it. On Friday night, the Panthers and Montreal Canadiens will go head-to-head for the first time since Max Domi split Aaron Ekblad open with a sucker punch in September.
