The second night of back-to-back games continues to be among the many areas the Boston Celtics have struggled with this season, suffering a 113-104 loss to the Dallas Mavericks less than 24 hours after defeating the Atlanta Hawks. Dallas opened the game by knocking down a ton of 3-pointers, put the Celtics on their heels most of the night. Trae Young isn't satisfied with his game right now, and the Boston Celtics apparently drove him to do something about it. Young struggled Friday night against the Celtics, scoring just five points on 2-of-7 shooting in the Atlanta Hawks' 114-96 loss. Kevin Durant called on the Golden State Warriors to reproduce the passion and energy they displayed in Friday's win over the Portland Trail Blazers, which ended a four-game losing run. The defending champions had lost five of their last six, a streak started by a defeat to the Los Angeles Clippers in which Durant and team-mate Draymond Green were involved in a well-publicised spat that continued into the locker room. The Atlanta Hawks were an ideal foe for a Boston Celtics squad looking to get back to winning games.  A dominant first quarter paved the way for a game that was never really that close before ultimately ending with the Celtics coming away with a 114-96 win with six players scoring in double figures led by Aron Baynes' 16 points.
