Much discussion has taken place about the potential impact that new Philadelphia 76ers guard Jimmy Butler might have on the development of struggling young sophomore Markelle Fultz. Green was set to serve his suspension during Tuesday night's home game against the Atlanta Hawks and reportedly sacrifice more than $120,000 in the process.
