Last season in the playoffs, Terry Rozier looked like a quality starting point guard — 16.5 points and 5.7 assists per game, playing more than 36 minutes a night with a PER of 17.3, and he led the Celtics to the Eastern Conference Finals. This season, he’s returned to his backup role behind a now-healthy Kyrie Irving, playing 22 minutes a night, getting fewer shots than he did last season, scoring 7.5 a night with less efficiency (a PER of 10.2).
