Mike Leake pitched eight scoreless innings as the Seattle Mariners defeated the host Boston Red Sox 7-2 Saturday night at Fenway Park. Leake (8-4) allowed three hits, walked two and struck out five as the Mariners snapped a season-worst five-game losing streak. When Wade LeBlanc and Steven Wright met a week ago in Seattle, the result was a tidy 1-0 win for the Mariners. It turned into Regression Night in the Back Bay, a terrible evening for both starters.
