The Minnesota Twins optioned Miguel Sano to their Single-A affiliate in Fort Myers, Florida, on Thursday in hopes the move helps the former All-Star third baseman get back on track. Manager Paul Molitor made the announcement after Thursday's 3-1 loss to the Tigers, one in which Sano was not in the lineup.
