Old-Timers' Day is always a special occasion at Yankee Stadium, and this year's festivities are set to feature Hall of Famers Whitey Ford and Reggie Jackson, along with first-timers Andy Pettitte, Jason Giambi and current Yankees manager Aaron Boone. On Thursday, Giants third baseman Evan Longoria was hit by a pitch that fractured the fifth metacarpal on his left hand. On Saturday, he told reporters that he plans to have surgery on the injury Tuesday.
