PHILADELPHIA — Malcolm Jenkins hasn't spoken to Colin Kaepernick in “over a year,” but the Eagles safety is adamant the former San Francisco 49ers quarterback deserves to be an NFL starter again. Jenkins was one of the first NFL players to join Kaepernick three years ago in protesting police brutality and racial oppression during the playing of the national anthem.
