Paul Goldschmidt greeted reliever Sam Dyson with a tiebreaking double in the sixth inning Wednesday afternoon, sending the Arizona Diamondbacks to a 7-3 road victory over the San Francisco Giants. John Ryan Murphy and Ketel Marte combined to score four runs and drive in three for the Diamondbacks, who won two of three from the Giants to capture their fourth straight series to open the season. WASHINGTON -- Peter Bourjos drove in two runs with a bases-loaded single in the 12th inning and Atlanta's bullpen finally made a lead stand up, helping the Braves beat the Washington Nationals 5-3 Wednesday after losing Brandon McCarthy to an injured left shoulder. Bourjos, who entered in left field in the seventh inning and promptly threw a runner out at home, delivered the go-ahead hit off Ryan Madson (0-1) with one out in the 12th. The wait is over. Baseball's All-Star Game is returning to Dodger Stadium in 2020 for the first time since 1980, thanks in large part to the upgrades made by the team's ownership in recent years.
