Sports first reported the news that Leonard wouldn't play. The Spurs believe Kawhi Leonard could return to the court as soon Thursday, when the San Antonio plays the Pelicans, according to ESPN's Adrian Wojnarowski. Leonard, 26, has not played since Jan. 13 as he's dealt with a quad injury that's persisted all season.
