Jimmy Butler, Jeff Teague and Karl-Anthony Towns combined for 66 points as the Minnesota Timberwolves breezed to a 120-103 victory over the Portland Trail Blazers Sunday night at the Target Center. Butler scored 24 points, Teague 22 and Towns 20. Butler had five rebounds and four assists, Towns grabbed 11 rebounds and Teague dished out eight assists for the Timberwolves, who shot .544 on the way to their fifth straight win. Two consecutive contests that were close in the second half quickly turned into runaway victories for the Minnesota Timberwolves as they stretched their win streak to four games Friday night. Karl-Anthony Towns scored 21 points and grabbed 16 rebounds as the Minnesota Timberwolves continued their dominance of the New Orleans Pelicans in a 116-98 victory Saturday night at the Target Center in Minneapolis.
