Braves outfielder Ender Inciarte has 21 stolen bases in 29 attempts this year. Last night he really should’ve been credited with two on one play. In the bottom of the first inning in the Braves game against Miami Inciarte walked and then, with Matt Kemp at the plate, broke for second base. A.J. Starting tonight, the Braves will host the Marlins for a four-game series in Atlanta, but many Marlins’ fans minds will be on other more pressing issues. Specifically, Hurricane Irma’s imminent impact on the state of Florida and the possible (and probable) fallout from its damage to most of the state. With many Florida residents fully evacuating in advance of the storm, temporarily getting displaced for safety purposes with the hopes that things will be as close to normal as possible when they return, there are a lot of people that have gone north to Georgia to ride out the storm.
